Annual Summary Now Available!
Hello Neighbors,
We have officially issued our Annual Summary for 2025, which can be found through your EasyHOA account under Documents; on this website under Newsletters; and it can be found via email which we will send out tomorrow morning. Please be sure to read through the document carefully as it has important information pertaining to landscaping, improvements, the budget, and monthly dues for 2026.
We will be issuing two more emails this week, one with more information regarding dues in 2026, and the other regarding holiday safety.

Annual Meeting
The Board will be hosting the annual home owners meeting via Zoom on August 20th, 2025 at 7:30PM. A link for the meeting will be sent out the day before it is scheduled. The meeting will serve to recap home owners on the Board's activities over the last year, provide a fiscal summary, and determine our goals for 2025-26.

Community Gardening
The Beautification Committee is hosting a gardening event this Saturday, September 13th, in an effort to restore the entry bed on Lucille Dr. The event will begin at 9:00AM, and go until complete. Compost bags and water bottles will be provided; please bring your own gardening tools, though there may be some available to share. Be sure to wear long pants and close-toed shoes and gardening gloves, if you have them.

Community Info Board Project
Please join us Nov. 8th as we work together to install an info board for the community!
The information board will be installed where the bulk trash disposal used to be.
We will also be working to improve the mail stations and gardening around the new info board.
Please meet us at 9:00AM by the mailboxes at the corner of Lucille and Tropicana.
